The Forpro Triple Zero Rice contains konjac flour, an ingredient that has been used in East Asian cuisines for centuries. Due to its strong moisture retention capacity, konjac flour can absorb moisture up to three times its weight, which means it is very low in calories.

water, konjac flour (3,5%), firming agent: calcium hydroxide.
STORAGE
Keep it in a cool and dry place. After opening, it can be stored in an airtight container, in clean water for up to two days. It can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.

USE
Use: No cooking required. Just drain the water in the package and rinse the product with cold water 2 or 3 times. You can either heat it in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes, put it into the microwave oven for one minute, or heat it up in a wok. Eat it with your favorite dish, as a wok dish or serve it with a soup or salad.
