1 medium banana, sliced

1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 handful of fresh blueberries or strawberries

Dr. Pan Rice Cream with Strawberries - Meal Recipe

Materials:

100 grams of Rice Cream
200 ml almond milk or, preferably, another plant-based milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 medium banana, sliced
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 handful of fresh blueberries or strawberries

Instructions:

Place the rice cream in a bowl with the almond milk. Stir well until the milk is completely absorbed.
Add the chia seeds and stir. Adding chia seeds provides extra protein and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, ideally overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will swell and the mixture will reach a pudding-like consistency.
Before serving, add sliced bananas, peanut butter, and honey on top.
